I was kind of expecting to have to reach out and ask for an apology or explanation, but the quality was way better than I expected. Really solid stuff...

Overall, it was fine!! Most of my order was exactly right, but one item was wrong... not a huge deal, just a little annoying!!!

I ordered from mccormicksnet.com and the experience was okay overall. The prices weren’t terrible, but I also didn’t feel like I was getting an amazing deal. A few items seemed fairly priced, while others felt a little too expensive for what they were. I think they should be more upfront and accountable about how they’re pricing things, because the value just feels average to me. I might order again if I can’t find the same items cheaper somewhere else

I had to exchange an item because I completely guessed wrong on the size, so that one was on me. I emailed them expecting it to be a whole thing, but they got back to me quickly with clear instructions and didn’t make me feel dumb about it.

I sent it back, and the replacement showed up sooner than I thought it would. The whole return process was simple, no annoying back and forth, and I was impressed with how easy they made it even though I caused the problem in the first place.

I thought the custom choices were nice overall. It took me a little bit to figure everything out at first, but in my experience it wasn’t too confusing once I got going.
